Accelerated Bachelor’s-Master’s Tracks

If you are an undergraduate in the College of Arts and Science (CAS), you may be eligible to earn credit towards a Master's degree while still pursuing your Bachelor's. Our accelerated Bachelor's-Master's tracks can help you reduce the cost of a Master's degree and, in many cases, the time you spend in graduate school.

Bachelor's-Master's tracks include:

BA-MA or MS in Humanities, Social Sciences, or Natural Sciences

with NYU's Graduate School of Arts and Science (GSAS)

  • BA-MA/MS in Humanities, Social Sciences, or Natural Sciences Overview (18-minute online presentation)
  • Also open to undergraduates in NYU's Global Liberal Studies (GLS) program
  • Priority Application Deadline: October 19th in fall 2016; March 20th in spring 2017. Applications accepted after this date if approved by CAS and sponsoring Master's department. 

BA-MA in Teacher Education (Grades 7 - 12)

with NYU Steinhardt's Department of Teaching and Learning

  • BA-MA in Teacher Education Overview (17-minute online presentation)
  • Priority Pre-Application Deadlines: October 26th in fall 2016; March 27th in spring 2017. Applications accepted after this date on a rolling basis. 

BA-MPA or MUP in Public Policy, Health Policy, or Urban Planning

with NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service

  • BA-MPA/MUP Overview (20-minute online presentation)
  • Priority Pre-Application Deadlines: October 26th in fall 2016; March 27th in spring 2017. Applications accepted after this date on a rolling basis.
