Upon entering CAS, all students who have declared a major will receive primary advisement from their major department(s), in addition to a CAS academic advisor. All students in or entering CAS must declare a major prior to their Junior year. Students can either make an appointment with a CAS Advisor by contacting the advising center, making an appointment on Albert, or coming in for walk-in advising appointments (Monday-Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm, with the exception of Wednesday which is 10:00am to 2:00pm). Students are always encouraged to visit the CAS Advising Center for general academic advice and to learn more about how advising works at CAS.
