In his coaching practice Win Sheffield shows clients how to execute an effective job campaign instead of an unnecessarily painful job search, wandering from ad to ad. In addition to an M.B.A. from Boston University, an undergraduate degree from Kenyon College, Win is certified as a career coach through the Five O'Clock Club, and has studied Myers-Briggs and counseling. Since 2003 Win has been bringing his career in strategy development and implementation at Citibank, J.P. Morgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers and his own transitions to his work with clients.
